UNISCAN DF-9 is a dual-view (bi-directional) fixed container inspection system that uses two sets of X-ray sources and detector arrays in the horizontal and vertical direction, respectively. Bidirectional scanning guarantees a higher probability of exposing hidden smuggled goods in containers.
A cargo moving system pulls containers at the speed of 400 mm/sec. The system can distinguish organic materials from inorganic materials using dual-energy X-ray technology and an efficient material discrimination algorithm.
